1 Conversion of
Listed Building to seven apartments: Farnham Surrey.
A scheme has been designed to convert an office building of 340m2 (3600
sq ft) ,close to the centre of Farnham, into seven one and two bedroom
apartments. A planning application is about to be submitted
2 Redevelopment of boatyard: Chichester Harbour
The site has 2000 sq m (22,000 sq ft) of industrial buildings and
offices which date from the 1930' and 1940's. Though boat building no
longer takes place, much business is generated in repair and maintenance
of pleasure craft. The aim is to redevelop the buildings over a two year
period, phased to allow the business to continue during demolition and
rebuild. The site is in a sensitive harbourside location, and
consultants have been employed to provide relevant biodiversity and
other reports. A planning application will be submitted shortly.
3 Detached chalet bungalow: Horndean Hampshire
Work is just starting on a design for a chalet bungalow on a sloping
site for a self build client for his own occupation. A levels survey has
been completed, and trial holes and soil analysis are taking place. The
design process will take a month or so and a planning application will
be submitted
4 New detached chalet bungalow: South Emsworth
A new dwelling has been designed in the garden of an existing detached
house. The clients may have the house built and move in to it to
'downsize'. The need for a legal agreement caused a delay in submitting
the planning application but that has been resolved and the application
will be made very shortly.
