STOREY EXTENSION TO DETACHED HOUSE: SOUTHBOURNE A planning application has recently been submitted to
extend a large detached twenty year old house with a two storey side
extension. If permission is granted advice will be given on the cost of
the work, in advance of proceeding with an application for building
regulation approval and inviting tenders to build the works. 2
LOFT CONVERSION AND
EXTENSION: BEACH ROAD, EMSWORTH A planning application has been submitted to convert
a loft space with two extensions on a 1920's bungalow. The work to the
roof will be extensive, as the first floor area will be made larger.
Subject to planning permission being granted, work should start in a
month or so. 3
SINGLE STOREY REAR
EXTENSION: ON MAIN MILL POND EMSWORTH Originally the proposal was to build a two storey
rear extension, but after careful consideration the clients decided to
build a single storey extension, and planning permission and building
regulation approval were obtained:
Subsequently it was decided to use part of the existing structure
on much the same footprint: Construction is due to start early in 2010. 4.
